Employees of Sexybay are entitled to utilise the Sexybay web site in the same manner as all other users.

Sexybay employees are not permitted to utilise any administrative system access to better their auction listings or to achieve a lower bid price on an item. Additionally, all support requests generated by a Sexybay employee must be handled by a senior Sexybay manager or director.

Employees of Sexybay are required to have two usernames on Sexybay. One username is only to be used for business directly relating to Sexybay, the other is for personal use and may not be used for any Sexybay related business. Employees usernames are recorded by Sexybay and senior Sexybay staff may investigate or monitor any auctions listed by Sexybay employees for any reason.

If employees are found to be using their access to advantage themselves over other users, they are in breach of their employment contract and may be dismissed without any warnings.
